Squidoo lens and the Da Vinci Method
Thursday, May 10, 2007

Hey two things today:
Squidoo lens
I've been playing with Squidoo. Are you familiar with it? Squidoo's founder is none-other than Seth Godin, marketing wunderkind and author of Idea Virus amongst other things. Squidoo is a great place to get creative, share your knowledge and make a little money for yourself and/or charity. Marketers are piling into it big time to promote their businesses and websites but there's plenty of opportunity and scope to explore and share your ideas on these Web 2.0 sites. Check it out, you can read 'lens' (useful info pages) on everything from funky laptop bags to folliculitis. Ahem. Why not write a Squidoo lens yourself?
The DaVinci Method
Big thanks go out to my email pal, Mike Loftus, for giving me a heads-up on Garret LoPorto's new book, The DaVinci Method. This book identifies the much misunderstood DaVinci type personality, how you can tell if you have it and how to organise your life to make the most of your mercurial qualities.
Have a terrific day,
Wily
